Price Breakdown
Kepard is one of the cheapest VPN services I have reviewed from my list of VPN services. There are three ways to pay for Kepard, with a yearly commitment being the cheapest.
The cheapest way to pay for Kepard is to prepay for a whole year at once ($42.00) so the monthly equivalent comes out to a mere $3.50. If you pay for three months at once, that equivalent is $5.34 /month (paid via $16 up front). If you pay for Kepard on a month to month basis, it'll cost $7.00 every single month.
Obviously, the benefits to the monthly plan is that you can try it out on a month-by-month basis, and stop anytime you want to avoid being charged more than $7.00 at a time.
If you were to buy the month to month option every single month for an entire year, you'd spend $84.00 ($7.00 X 12). Buying the yearly subscription is only $42.00 /year, which saves you $42.00 every year ($84.00 - $42.00). This means you'll get 6 months "free" ($42.00 / $7.00 = 6) if you go the route of the yearly prepayment versus the monthly one.

Does Kepard Keep Logs Of Your Data?
Kepard logs certain data for 3 days before removing it from their servers. The type of information that is kept, however, does not involve anything personal about the files you're uploading and downloading.
Your email address and the amount of time your account is connected to any given server is recorded and kept for, again, 3 days before being removed.
According to Kepard: "The only private data Kepard keeps is the email address you are registering with at Kepard."
It's safe to say that Kepard does not retain any information that could be used to incriminate you. They are unable to look back at the websites you have visited or files you have transferred.

How to Get Kepard for Free
After creating your account with Kepard, you get 1 day for free to try it out before deciding whether you want to pay for it. You only get 400 MB of data transfer for those 24 hours, and you're restricted on the number of available IP addresses you can use.
So the 1 day trial is definitely not a lot of time, and does have some restrictions that you don't have when you pay for the service. But, you can get up to 180 days of the full service for free by referring your friends to use Kepard.
To get 180 days of Kepard absolutely free, and up to 400 MB per day of free VPN traffic, do the following:
- Go to Kepard's website and create a new account
- Visit the referrals page
- Click the Copy link button at the bottom of the page to copy your referral link
- Share that link with others (it will look something like this: https://kep.md/umZL)
- The invitees need to use your link to install Kepard on their computer or mobile device
- Have the person login to their own account through the application
- You'll get 30 days of Kepard's VPN service for free, and your friend will get 15 days for free
